Natasha Butcher

Natasha is a fully registered Clinical Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Since graduating Natasha has worked in a range of clinical settings, including private practices, public and private hospitals and with community mental health teams. She has been working as a Psychologist for 17 years, and in private practice for over 10 years, providing psychological therapy to adults having difficulties with anxiety, depression, sleep, stress, self-esteem, relationships and chronic pain. Natasha has extensive experience in treating anxiety, particularly using Cognitive Behavioural and Mindfulness based therapies.

Natasha facilitates therapy to individuals referred under a GP Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and is a registered provider under the ACCESS EAP program. She can also see clients privately or via their health fund. Natasha uses evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other Mindfulness based techniques.

Natasha is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS Clinical College. She provides both face to face therapy and telehealth (online) appointments.
