Belinda has a Masters Degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology, and extensive practical experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in private practice setting. She hasparticular interest in behavioural, social, and emotional assessments and therapy for children and adolescents having difficulties with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADD/ADHD,school avoidance, social isolation, mood regulation, bullying and self esteem.

Belinda offers sessions to parents focusing on child-discipline, parenting skills, management of difficult behaviours, complex family dynamics, and sibling rivalry.

Belinda also treats adults with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and poor self-esteem.

Belinda uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and

Commitment Therapy. The therapeutic approach is usually eclectic and specifically designed to fit the client’s needs.

Belinda is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists. Her professional conduct is in strict adherence with the APS and AHPRA

ethical guidelines.
